KT Coates - United Kingdom - Candidate for Pole Dance Instructor of the Year 2009!

KT is ranked one of the top pole dancers and instructors in the world, teaching pole fitness instructors and students from the UK, USA, France, Iceland, Canada, Holland, Italy, Portugal and many more. Her company, Verical Fitness has organized a Fit Camp and workshop tour of the US in 2007 and 2009.

In her 12 years of pole dancing, KT is most proud of her series of Vertical Dance Workout DVDs that launched in September 2008. Currently the face of X-Pole. Kt is helping to test and improve the apparatus to its full potential.

She was the first to design online lessons, many 1000’s of pole dancers and instructors from all around the world have learnt from them….many well known instructors. She has designed the worlds first pole fitness qualification so that standards could be raised and better teaching could be given to the public.

One of her achievements in the realm of pole sport is that Vertical Dance organized the World Record Attempt in 2006. Pole dancing schools from around the world collaborated to set the first world record raising over GBP 7,000 for Cancer Charities across the globe.
