3 Day Workshop
An IPDFA PolePro Master Trainer will take your group through the PolePro courseware over a 3 day period. They are able to demonstrate and assist with new practical applications. Plenty time is given to answer questions or to engage in discussions. Instructors are taught in a relaxed environment & learning is fun.

IPDFA PolePro Instructor Beginner / Level 1
Online students are assigned a Master Trainer who is their personal tutor and will guide them through their courseware.
Level 1 of the PolePro Instructor Certification Courses, will set any instructor off on their journey with confidence. Gain a comprehensive understanding of biomechanics, physics and forces of influence and how to apply these to pole. Learning various methods of teaching. Conditioning to prevent injury. Strapping a student for common pole injuries. Strengthen or increase flexibility by understanding muscle groups. Design a full class plan including warm up, cool down. Learn how to spot, how to teach, working with individuals within groups. Fundamental advancements in working with spinning & static poles. Hand & body alignment and hand grips.
IPDFA PolePro Instructor Intermediate / Level 2
An in-depth study of balance and stability. Understanding base points, body alignment, gravity and CoM. Instructors define transitioning by ascending and descending the pole with flawless movement.
A comprehensive look into circuit conditioning & recovery processes.
An entire workbook based on the principles of inversions and laybacks. Recovery and management programs and an extensive focus on mobility exercises for increasing flexibility. PolePro / Rocktape Injury specific strapping for common intermediate pole injuries. Conditioning to prevent injury, strengthen or increase flexibility by understanding muscle groups. Advanced PolePro Instructors embrace the laws of triangulation. Condition and learn teaching techniques for all forms of Handsprings. Preparing students for Competitions, and choreography guidelines Conditioning for deadlifting. An entire workbook based on the principles of back strength. Comprehensive injury treatment, recovery and management programs Conditioning to prevent injury. Strapping a student for common pole injuries.
